Right on d-pad, choose vehicles, I believe...then LAV, HAV, or dropship...then chose the fit that you want. |

I'd also like to add that after you "Call in" the Vehicle you also have to wait for the RDV to bring it to you which usually takes about 10 seconds or so. |

First you have to acquire the Skull of Mardok from inside the tower in the southwest of Manus Peak.
You have to use the Key of Solitude you obtained from the crane in the center of Line Harvest. Use the key and battle your way to the top through the rats and skeletons (the skeletons are weak to fire and smash damage).
In the final chamber you face Mardok, Slayer of Mortals. You have to shoot his foot with the Arrow of Light you obtained from under the thrusters of the ship in Ashland.
Once he kneels over, jump and swing your +1 Bacon Sword of Brilliant Justice (you got this during this past weekends Skinweave event) down on his neck.
Pick it up, equip it in one of your equipment slots, and whenever you use it in battle the RDV fairies send down free vehicles for everyone.

 I was bored and noticed no one had posted here in a while so I thought I'd bump it with a QQ so that other noobs could see the real responses, just in case there are still people out there who don't know how to call in vehicles. People won't see this thread when it's buried under 5 pages of other stuff.
