So, went to the market to restock my fits, spent about 2000 Aurum. Took it all and it didn't give me a single item. Thinking it was a passing issue I did the same thing again and once more not a single item was returned.
Only non-BOP items and AURUM items were 'Kinesis' basic shield extender and Killswitch rifles on a RAVEN suit.
Also who do I get in touch with to get my AURUM refunded? |

I'm noticing the same issue. I purchased two 3day boosters, both of which were deducted, but never received. I tried the first by purchasing from the market and then answered yes to automatically equip it. The second I went to the augmentations from the charater menu and selected to purchase from Market. Both were lost.

Experienced the same issue this morning, pacific time (about an hour ago). Bought some militia bpo's for that Baloc. First thought the server was not responding. Tried again, but this time with an eye on my Aurum. Saw it deplete, but none of the modules were present under fitting screen or by Items Owned in the purchase market window. None of the items were expensive, but I would like an Aurum purchase history log maybe, since this is real money here. Thanks for the post fellas. |

Just purchased multiple Aurum items but they were not added to my assets (Aurum was still spent). |

Confirming that the market has caught up and working well now. Have way more GEKs than I know what to do with now, but at least it's working! :D |

Same here aurum being stolen by market!
Didn't realize it until all my arum items were empty I just bought 100 suits with three aurum items man I hope we get reimbursed.or it shows up later. |

It is. I don't play many micro transaction games, but I do always like to support the developers. CCP should reimburse/reverse multiple transactions. What the hell would I do with 3 bpo's of the same item? Money has and isn't the issue (thank God) but it's a minor integrity problem. No one enjoys a kick in the shin when they follow the rules. |

Has nebody who experienced this problem had their AUR/assets restored? I had this problem this morning but havent played since. Have not received response from support yet. |
