I've noticed that I appear to not be receiving the bonus 3% per level to armor repair rate that is supposed to be applied when levelling up this skill. It may seem a small amount but considering that once you reach complex level and if you equip 2 of them you only get 10hp/s, that's a whole extra 1.5hp/s being missed out on.
(as a side note 3% is a puny amount anyway and should be raised to 5% to bring it in line with other skill bonuses and make it actually worthwhile). |

actually, 3% is decent because it goes up 3% every level...so you get to level five you've got 15 percet regen rate. But i will agree that its not working as it should, i only have a couple of fits with armor repairs and they only heal at like 3hp but still, the delay with the low regen rate is killer so it seems like it doesnt work as intended. |

No, it doesn't regen 15% of your armor - it adds 15% to your current armor repair rate (or at least it should), so on a proto repairer of 5hp/s it would give only 0.75hp/s. |

If CCP provide combo-complex-armor-repear unit... that repairs 10HP/s this bonus will apply. Now is 2x 0.75 .... so after round down 0 :( |

Well they should simply change the Skill so it gives an absolut amout instead of relativ value. For example this Skill should give 0.5 HP/sec Health or maybe even 1 HP/sec (per level). The relativ value is a joke if you look at the values the modules give. Only 1.5hp bonus with two prototype modules equipped? This is in my opinion not worth the skillpoints you have to invest. |

Now is only ONE skil for infranty and vehicles. In future they split it and change values... for sure ;) |

What's the point of having the repair value to 2 decimal places on the fittings stats if the value can only be an integer? The other stats have decimal values :s |
