Nerf this, buff that, thats too much and really the wrong way. Why did you do it like that? Remove that one all together and why aren't those more like these? To be honest, I don't really care anymore. Improve the game gradually, as you have more or less done these last builds, and we should be good to go for release before X-mas. (Next year off course.)
The only wish I have for CCP at this stage is: Please, pretty please, with sugar and a blow job on top, can we get one single day without the 3-point map? Turn it of. Just one single day, thats not too much to ask now is it?

Hell yeah ! This map is now #1 of my most hated maps in every FPS i've played.... It's ugly, filled with snipe, and it just plays WAY TOO OFTEN ! |

Yeah - 3 point map is a sniper fest.
If your team lose point B, it's incredibly difficult to get it back - due to snipers camping it. |

One or two good counter-snipers can turn that around.

3pt map is fine
just comes up way too often but what do u expect? only 3 maps on the game atm
the older maps need to come back miss those 2 big 5pt maps and we also need some more new maps as well |

Manus Peak isn't generally bad, it's just bad for AR and shotgun players (i.e. the majority of players) and better for snipers and vehicles. My suggestion is to branch out and try something new. This map is going to come up pretty often, so you should be prepared for it. |

One of the most stable maps in the game besides Plateus, why get rid of it. I'm thinking those 3 new maps might be released with our new build later this month.
If you're going to get rid of any maps, get rid of the launch pad (new industrial map on the old 5pt map) that map lags more than all others. |

I agree it's my least favorite map. The only thing I like about it is the free SP from putting uplinks behind the road by B. I'd like it better if it was either smaller or bigger. Making it essentially a concave area with A and C being great snipe targets is irritating. But whatever, adapt or die, it's still winnable, just not enjoyable.

These nerfs are mislead anyway, which is a huge flaw of CCP's apparent strategy of balancing before expanding the game.
Everything right now is being balanced towards combat in very small areas. The problem with this is that we'll be fighting in very large areas.
Weapons and turrets being able to snipe across the map will change into being able to snipe across your average valley, not counting obstructions.
Dropships not being able to safely deploy mercs now is only because they're forced to deploy them in a crowded area full of AV weaponry, which they'll easily be able to choose to avoid in the future.
I'm sure we can find many more things like this. |

You won't see the old maps any time soon. Unfortunately they are another casualty of the forum complainers. |
