Hey guys, just a new member and man I must say - two months ago this game SUCKED! Like, horribly. But I played it yesterday and it was vastly improved. Anywho - I'd like to know a few things. A. Can I assign my passive SP to another character. B. How do I attain new skills - I want to use the Mass Driver. C. If a character is deleted, will their items be transferable to another character? Thanks! |

A) You can assign which of your characters is receiving passive SP. You can't transfer SP to another character, but you can assign who's receiving it.
B) First you have to buy the skillbook for the skill you're trying to get. For Mass Driver I think you have to upgrade you Weapons Skill, then buy the specific skillbook for Mass Drivers, then train the Mass Driver skill. The easiest way to do it is just to go to the weapon you want in the Marketplace. Just above the weapon you want to use, there will be some skills either marked with a green check, or a red x. If it has a green check, it means you've met the prerequisites to learn the skill, so just click on the skill name to either upgrade the skill, or buy/use the skillbook and THEN upgrade the skill. If it has a red x, that means that you haven't met the prerequisite yet (usually the skill immediately above it), so you have to learn the prerequisite skill before the one you're trying to learn will turn green, allowing you to learn it. Sounds complicated, but once you learn a few weapons, it's really quite an easy system. Alternatively, you could check the prerequisities from the weapon itself.
C) Items on the character are deleted with the character. I think the only exception is ISK, which you can send to a different character before your character is deleted. Doesn't seem to be a way to send actual items, though. |
