Well, I have yet to apply to anywhere, and thought about you guys as I had liked what I saw. However I disagree with using K/D as a delimiter, and of course don't meet that requirement.
Don't get me wrong, K/D is very important in TDM, (I have a 2.41 in MW3). However, in this game I try to emulate PC and play skirmish only; where K/D matters little.
I am also a SG Scout, so while running an advanced fit I can achieve a 2.0, I am not running advanced fits in pubs just to achieve a goal for recruitment, I don't have EVE ties to get ISK from.
As a previous member of the original Betamax, (before the split), I do already have quite a bit of experience with Dust. I do need work on my team mechanics as being a SG Scout I am typically a Ninja and must always take the flanking route to get close. I quickly change/identify where I am needed without direct orders, although am not opposed to orders. They are just seldom needed as my speed allows me to switch between assault and defense quickly based on where I can do the most good.
In an assault role I tend to die quickly, but am able to usually take a logi down with me and cause chaos behind the enemy ranks from a flanking position.
In defense, I simply ninja people in the back by being stealthy and patient.
I tend to do great with K/D when optimizing properly placed turrets, or as a tank gunner where a quickly mobile SG can surprise many a foe.
I do have a respec on the way, but may stick with the SG Scout as I am a masochist like that, (I guess).
I think the only way to properly vet someone in a game as this is to play with them personally. If you wish to pursue this simply mail me in game, or I may stop in your public channel. I will not be applying to another corp until I am satisfied that you are not interested in a SG Scout, (this is not mentioned in what you are looking for).
