So I don't know if it's a bug, I suck or just both. so when ever I use a custom fitting, it's pretty much just a starter fitting with the malitia SMG on it. why? because I can't afford to run a better one. I mean i'll die maybe 5-7 times a game, I don't play fps all the time so that's why, i'll get maybe 3 kills, that's all by luck because smg's can't hit anything 5 feet or farther and everyone seems to just not die... and I come out with less than what I came in with...
Ontop of this i make about 5K SP a game. Is this a glitch? Even once I did super well, 5 kills, 0 deaths and over 20 assits/vehicle assists/turret descrtuion assists and yet I still only made 7.5K SP... is this a glithch or no?
anyways, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem? |

why are you using militia smg?.... that's a secondary weapon even logis can laugh at - look at the weapon stats, the militia AR is free and does way more.
dying tons? use a sniper and buff up your armor/shield. when you die is it because you started a fight with low hp? skill into armor repair.
don't want to snipe? stalk your squad mates and fire at what they fire. if you die you will die as a team. there is no glory in being a loner although regnum while spank me for saying that.
ask in corp/local chat.
personally militia scout is a great start up fit for noobies - fast and high damage if you can get close. but you should look at what you want to play as and develop from there. militia fits let you be more dynamic and gain sp quicker if your desired build isn't an instant SP mine so use them until you hit your goal.
no it's not a glitch sadly, you have to earn that SP :) 5 kills isn't much I'm sorry. gz on 0 deaths though. |

tip go to fitting screen and see how much your suit costs refit for one unit and then see how many times you use that suit before you break the 150k mark.
this is now how many lives you have to use that suit before you have to use a free fit, this way you allways pull in a profit per match and build up a health amount of cash. after about 10 games win/lose you should have around 1 million |

Is that every smg or just the malitia smg? I use the malitia because it's cheap but also because I upgraded skills so I could wear logistic armor and now I don't have enough skill points yet to upgrade armor/shield or to get better weapons yet...
and I understand about the skillpoints but I mean, 5K is nothing when you have things that cost 38K to upgrade... |

sorry for double post but...
I can't refit my entire fitting. for some reason when I do, i'll put 25K isk (just an example, I have no idea how much it costs) down for the fitting 8 times, that's what ever it is, i'll hit accept and my fitting count will stay the same but I've lost however much money the fittings would have cost. So i'm paying for stuff I don't get... |

There are 2 types of Currency in the game, Aurum and ISK, using Aurum (real world money based currency) allows you to buy suits and items for the suits that are known as BPO (blue print originals) all this means is that you only have to buy some things once....while others you need to purchase several of the item.
Dropsuit Example: (it has been a while since I used Militia fittings so the prices are going to be a little off)
Militia Logistics dropsuit, 2500 isk per suit... 1 time use
Militia Logistics dropsuit BPO, 3000 aurum for 1 suit, but the suit is replaced upon death
Militia Shield Extender, 2000 isk
Militia Shield Ext. BPO 2500 Aurum - only need 1 of this item
Militia Sidearm Damage Modifier, 2000 isk (since you are using a smg and smg's are sidearms)
Militia Sidearm Damage Modifier BPO, 2500 aurum - only need 1 of
Militia Sidearm SMG, 3500isk
Militia Sidearm SMG BPO, 4000 Aurum - only need 1 of this item
Did you buy (with REAL money) any Aurum? |
