hey just a thought now the new nerf on tanks and rockets and their range is WRONG.now tanks are on the bottom of the food chain.how is it that a forge gunner is more feared than any other tanks? crazy now heres a thought.. make it that tanks and dropships have a limit like 50 ammo. and when it runs out make them go to a depot.. and keep the range and blast radius and give the tanks 50 or so missiles..
the build now for most guys who grind missiles and tanks lvl 5 turrets.. yea we are usless but u keep the damn forge gunner stronger than ever.. idk just a cry out for help ha.. |

Edit: actually I have always agreed with the limited ammo idea
But tanks base splash damage was outrageous, they did make the large missile turrets useless I agree, but now the turret gunners that skilled into turrets still do work with the small turrets in dropships and tanks. |

Tired of tank people complaining about forge guns. They have no idea how much a proto forge gun fit costs! Its insane! You as a tank have 1 worry, forge gunner. A forge gunner has the tank and his 2 gunners ALONG with the other 13 AR's on the field. Along with the tank being much faster and more maneuverable than a fat suit.
Look here is the deal, missiles were OP, i could go 45-0 riding around on the back of an LAV. Thats broken! Lav's are now cheap transport with minimal attack power, tanks are expensive transport with EXTREME anti vehicle potential and dropships are no longer infinite win attack vehicles. Take a step back weigh the intended uses of each item in the game and the pro's and con's of each. Just because you could **** face with it does not mean that it was right. |

the reload delay and limited ammo as a method of normalizing advantage, have been a common suggestion since April. Also there is a lot of tools and content yet too be added... so lets see where this goes. and hope it gets there sooner then later. open beta is scheduled for march. and Fanfest 2013 is hopefully going to clear up a few things as well. |

Forge guns have one purpose... killing vehicles. They are lambs to the slaughter against infantry...
Playing a forge gunner is asking for low rewards, lots of deaths, but helping the Team by being anti-vehicle. They have zero manueverability or survivability like the swarm fit assault suits can have.
But tank\pilots don't like them because they finally have a bane in this game. |

The only thing i would add to this is the missiles should be able to shoot straight. I am ok with everything else. Heavies with forge guns dont bother me. It the large missiles not shooting straight that was an overkill. |

Only that the nerf they got was WAY too much.
No, Forge Guns shouldn't be nerfed. I agree there. But yes, Missile Turrets SHOULD still be useful. Small Turrets are, but ALL the Small Turrets need a buff. Large Missile Turrets are literally beyond useless since the "fix" - I think they need to give backt eh blast radius they had pre-patch on Large Turrets, maybe a middle-ground between the pre-fix and the current radius on Small. |

I can agree that Blasters need a buff they are a complete joke i sat 10m from a heavy and pounded him as he didnt move and did less damage than i had to him with my AR just minutes before. My thoughts is that the light missiles can stay as they are while the heavy turret of the tank should be buffed back to a bit below where it was. |
