Though, dont randomly join a corporation or randomly send in apps...I've been in two...one of which was very good to me, i just had an issue with the their CEO. The other had a dead forum and silent comms....But the difference there is i have people to back me up and vouch for me. Do your homework on the corporations you would like to join...first of all the imperfects i think are invite only. If i remembe they are the best of the best of BetaMax. SI doesn't recruit either....i dont think, they are also invite only. correct me if im wrong guys.

My pet peeve is a good active forum community. I browse the forums alot when im at work...wtf else am i going to do on my 20min break? So do your homework, send out some mails and hit up the corporation recruitment part of these forums. If you cant get into one well....guess your screwed.

Best way to get respect is to kick the shiit out of everyone you meet. Keep doing that and you will get invited to a corp. Dont waste time with apps etc that will just end you up in a scrub corp.

Heres a fix:

Get 1.6 M ISK and create your own Corporation.
There you go now you can be a CEO.

Now heres a real life problem that I have:
Ten jets produced in 2011 for delivery in 2011/2012 are on the flightline since the Corporation that purchased them went broke.
The jets are worth one billion United States of America dollars.
The Bank that I checked with is ok on a ten million dollar loan to cover fuel and transportation costs from Latin America to a U.S. destination for resale to cover debts and leave a nice paycheck for those doing a deal.

The problem is the worker crews from the dead Airline Corp. want more severance pay than was in the orig. contract and the deal went dead.

Anywho who needs that extra cash right? right?

It's not. Like I said in an earlier post, you need play with the Corporation members to get in. Take SI for example, took me a while before SI accepted me. I spent a couple of weeks just squadding up with SI players before even being considered. It's all about what corp you want to join and where you want to be in your "dust career".

Some corps will let anyone in that will use teamwork, others want more.
