[Problem]: It sucks to run out of ammo. It sucks to scream in the mic asking someone to drop you a nanohive and just be ignored (maybe the person has voice chat off, or is in squad chat). You might be asking a logistics guy, but he might not be carrying nanohives, in fact, there is no way to instantly know if he's carrying
[Solutions]: Nanohive carriers with at least 1 nanohive left are marked with a special icon above their heads; this makes finding a nanohive carrier much easier.
When in the proximity of a nanohive carrier, a message should show up on the side of the screen saying to press a button (like "hold select") to request a nanohive. When the request button is pressed, the nearest nanohive carrier will see you tagged on the minimap as a flashing icon, and also see a notification about the nanohive request on the HUD (similar to the text message that show up on the HUD informing you that your vehicle is inbound).
When someone is low on ammo (or runs out), all nanohive carriers should be able to see icon on on that person indicating that they are low on ammo for their primary weapon. Instead of an icon, there could just be a bar that shows how much ammo left the player has.

I'm sure I've seen a few threads like this before.
I'll say the same thing I always do.
Within a reasonable range, or when your crosshairs are over a friendly, you can already see their health, so players with Repair Tools have a function to identify who to help. Within reason, you can already see "downed teammate" markers when a friendly is waiting for revive and you have a Nano Injector, so on one side, that's covered too.
They need to add a CONTEXT-SENSTIVE visual indicator that points out the locations of friendlies with these tools - but ONLY WHEN YOU NEED THEM.
Low on armour? Repair Tool guys will be flagged on the HUD. Low on ammo? Nanohive-equipped players will be marked. Dead already? At least give us a distance indicator instead of just "Triage Unit in the vicinity" popping up.
Also, when you've got a Nanohive, you should be able to see ammo counters along with health on friendlies, so you know when you need to drop a hive and help someone out. |

+1. Also, friendly nanohives should always appear on your radar and not have to be scanned down. |

When you aim at a friendly it show show their special icons if they have any support items regardless if you need them or not. |

Good ! I can easily picture nanohives carrier having an icon above their head and people requesting ammo getting one as well for say 20 seconds. Turns everything into visual information, very usefull to teamplay. |
