CCP this is getting horrible between the hardfeezes which will eventually kill our ps3's getting stuck on the loading screens and dc's right after a match not to mention being kicked during a match. You need to let us know what is going on with this, most game developers will update and let there players know that the issue is being worked on or that they have found out what the issue/s are and are looking into them, We report these everyday atleast give us a weekly feedback as to what issues you have found and what issues are still being worked out. I love being a beta tester don't get me wrong but if the hardfreezes keep happening I won't be playing your free game and spending my money on aur to have my 300$ system bite the dust. |

Or you can actually read the stickies here on the forums and actually submit a bug report when you run into these issues.
Or you can come in here and post in a manner that insures your comment goes into the trash bin instead of to a dev's desk.
The self-entitled attitude you are showing here would definately land you in the "problem customer" stack at my work - and those are the guys we get to last, in hopes that they do vote with their wallets and take their business elsewhere. |

Um I have reported the issues and read the stickies fyi and yet here we are a couple weeks after the issues have been brought up still asking for some info on what is being done. If anything at all. Your company must not be doing too well if it is putting paying customers on the bottom of their "to do list".
I mean sorry if it comes out the wrong way but my system is worth more then testing what I hope to be a great game. If asking for alil bit of info is too much then yea sure put me at the bottom of your to do list. But if the devs really want a great game then give us some info fix the issues that make us turn the game of for the night and let us get into the really testing what this game can do and be. |

How many builds have been released with your problems ignored?
How long does an update sit in the Sony QA bin before it's put put for DL?
How many systems have you bricked due to the freeze you are claiming are going to kill your PS3?
How many people have you seen bitching about their PS3's being bricked because of your hard freeze?
Your 1st post came across as alarmist, uninformed, and filled with unsupported conclusions you had jumped to, your second was much better. My hard freezes (once every 8-9 hrs of solid play or so) come from my system overheating, my soft freezes have been from poor internet performance, at least so far on this build.
If your hard-freezes aren't from a hot system, keep detailed notes of what you were doing when they occur. For the kicked matches and disconnects, run a ping to the server and make sure you aren't experiencing the side effects of poor network / internet performance.
As for fixing the issues, you'll have to wait for the next build to release, with all it's fixed issues and new problems. |

Most of my hardfreezes occur about 1 hr into gaming. Checked the system out a few times after it happened was not running hot the soft freezes occur about every 3hrs after playing and i reset them seem fine for another 3 hrs.
Yes My first post was rough was irrated to say the least I will look into what you have stated in your second post and keep notes. Thanks for the info |

From my experience in beta testing games (been doing betas since Masters of Orion 1), the more detailed your notes and information in a bug report, the faster devs get to it.
The more causes you can help them rule out, the faster they can isolate the cause and code a fix, or at least put it in the "we're working on it" list in the stickies.
Also, try to remember to check the forums before you log into your 1st match of the day, sometimes they have stickies up regarding the issues giving them the most problems to get fixed - like this sticky https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=43893&find=unread |
