I made 2 characters at the begining of this model. I decided to delete the second character since I was not using the other it had 3 of my skinweave suits on it logistic and heavy and scout. I have assault on my main character. When I deleted the character I was unaware that I would lose the skinweave suits. is there any way i can get them back? Or have i lost them for good? anyone who has any helpful advise would be apreciated thanks. |

Wait for a character reset. You will get them back, along with your aurum and merc pack expendable items.
Next scheduled character reset (according to CCP) is just before final release, so summer 2013. |

I've asked elsewhere, but it never got answered.
Does anyone know if the Skinweave suits are linked to your account or to the specific character you unlocked them with?
At the time they were being awarded, I only had the one character. If I delete that character, and only keep my alts who didn't exist when my main unlocked the Skinweaves, will I still be awarded those suits after the reset? |

All skinweave suits, aurum, mag suits, rewards etc are linked to your account bro. If you delete any slots that have said items you will get it all back after a reset.
But as mentioned on this thread, the next reset probably isn't going to be until summer next year. |

I wasn't asking about losing the gear by deleting the character it's assigned to though.
I was asking about losing the gear by deleting the only character that existed when the suits were being offered.
Is it linked to the account, or the character? I know it's not required for the gear to be used on that character, and I know if I assigned the gear to an alt, then delete that character, the gear will come back on a reset, but my alts didn't exist when the Skinweave suits were offered, so they won't tie me to that time if the rewards are connected with your characters rather than the account itself. |

After the last wipe you were asked to assign permanent stuff to characters. My character existed before the wipe and I was still asked to assign it again. The permanent stuff appears to be linked to the account. |

NOT the question I'm asking.
I have ONE (1) character who existed when the Skinweave suits were given out.
I have TWO (2) characters who have only been created during Codex.
When there's a wipe, everything resets. You're given back all your gear, and none of it is assigned to your characters when it's given. BUT that doesn't confirm whether the record of the gear is tied to that character or to the account proper. I'm worried that if I delete the character by whom the gear was earned, it won't come back with a reset, because I no longer have a character who dates back to when that gear was given.
Does the question make sense yet? Or am I still not clear? |
