This is not about the game itself merely the players in it. I apologize in advance if i offend anyone.
Why is it you need an incentive to heal? Granted yes it would be nice to be awarded WP for our efforts but isnt keeping the team alive award enough? Keep then going and you can get some assists possibly...atleast thats me, still skilling up sadly, but believe me when i say the repair tool is always out when people need it.
Next thing its rather difficult for me to find a group of people that actually play together why run around like a headless chicken alone? Please stop, everytime i see the revive symbol i run to it, please stop gettin me killed. Im terribad as it is.
Why are you sniping from our main deployment when we have all the objectives?
Why is it when the enemy has all the objects the guy deploys the tank and instead of advancing and atleast causin a distraction or possibly causing a slight uprising. He sits back and just shoots at rocks? Real cool bro, im losing my dropsuits so you can ge points. Hate chu.
If you havent noticed by now im a strategist and plan on specing heavily into logistics. So im searching for a corp that needs someone to think for them and devise strategies. Not saying im god and the best strategist ever but my thinking process is awesome. Laugh out loud.
If im shooting at a heavy with a hmg and were both lightly armored and im taking fire, why would you stand beside me? Are you too awaiting the sweet release of death? Would you like to atleas. Shoot him so he focuses on you then we both run? Seems like a good plan to me, just saying.
That is all and all the mispelling can be attributed to ipod touch lag while typing, i apologize.

Yes, a lot of "blueberries" are bad players with no sense of teamwork. But guess what?

You got yourself killed here. DON'T run in for a revive without scouting and clearing the area first, or making sure someone else is there and doing so for you. And make sure you aren't somewhere out in the open and sniper-friendly. If it looks like a bad idea, it probably is. Wait for backup or move on.

And I love the Logi role - but not the suit - as well. I have a Skinweave Logi Support fitting with Repair Tool and Nanohive, but I more often run a Repper Scout than a "proper" Logi fitting. Also, I'm bad with revives, so I do healing and resupply instead.
Other than those two points, I don't have much to add to the rest of your post. You (mostly) have the right idea about teamwork, but you'll probably end up just as jaded as the rest of us here on the forums soon enough. Blueberries are always worse players than red dots.
P.S. in case you don't know yet, "blueberries" is a forum nickname for friendly players who you don't know and didn't bring with you in a squad. They're called that because your squadmates show up green on the minimap, while other teammates are blue. |

Thats bluberies for ya.
In our clan we do have healers like Free Healing that do a very good job at both healing and also at placing orange colored clones out of their misery.
The best strategy is look at water always adapting and changeing shape as the surroundings change.

#1 Basically the reason we want an Incentive to heal is basically just that. Many players are not as selfless as the rest of us. Not to mention the fact that using a Repair Tool takes away from your ability to "get more SP" since you can't use a weapon while your using it. I've been in quite a few games where My blueberries were formed up from a bunch of other Corporation Squads and they just started wrecking the other team. They took fire though and i'm not the kind of Logibro that just sticks to his own Corp. and ignores those that need a repair in front of me.
I then find out i came in 13th place and got very little ISK and SP during the match because instead of shooting/placing Nanohives/Setting up Drop Uplinks/Calling out tacrtical objectives for my squad i was repairing people the whole time for no gain. Also currently getting WP nets you points towards getting Orbital Support.
#2 Some Snipers snipe from the Main Deployment because they can. If you can find you enemy and kill them from that distance kudo's to them.
#3 I'm sure this is circumstantial, if the HAV you seeing is a Sagaris or higher then i could see why you would be angry. If that tank is around the second Tier then it's possible for just one player to destroy them if they're not careful. I would know, I've done it before with AV nades :D and instead of sacrificing their tank in a random event they turn it into a Mobil Turret. In which case i don't have a problem.
#4 Maybe you should consider L.O.T.I.S , we do enjoy strategy and are always trying to improve ourselves through team play.
#5 I hide behind heavies because if I die there is no one to bring you back if you die. Naturally being caught by a heavy isn't ideal. When i notice a Heavy starts shooting me i run to the most effective cover near me... even if that cover is another Heavy. Most of the time i can kill the Heavy that was attacking and revive the heavy that was on my side. If the heavy on my side kills the one that surprised me then i heal any damage that my friendly took as thanks.

As a primary heavy player, I end up in squads/teams that take off running at full speed and leave me no choice but to trudge along alone and vulnerable.
That said, when I get one of you logi guys that sticks with me even for a minute or two, it makes me feel almost invincible for a very short period of time and I greatly appreciate the logi effort. But that doesn't mean I get stupid. LOL |
