I introduce to you, the Speedfit Soma!.
Take a Soma, add 4-5 Nanofibres, a nice expensive shield extender and put Blasters on all turrets!
Bingo!, there you have it. The most useles and most expensive piece of crap in game. Mine's a steal at only 400k ISK!
Enjoy
If anybody else has any stupidly ridiculous fittings that beat this, feel free to add them. It's all for the lols |

I think a Sagaris with Militia Blaster Turrets would be more expensive and less useful.
Also, use Ballistic Control Systems instead of Nanofibres. And Shield Recharger (NOT Booster) instead of the Extender.
Efficient. |

What about the afterburner? Methinks it would be smarter to put the AB on than the shield extender, just sayin'. |

I made a Madrugar with 5 torque mods on it to see if they did anything. It accelerated pretty quickly going straight forward, but any amount of turning rendered it useless. |

The afterburner on a tank gives you a cool warping effect. It doesn't affect speed at all, but it looks awesome. Clearly you are doing it wrong. |

So it fits the useless category :) |
