I would like to see the ability to tap R2 to activate vehicle module much like taping it to switch weapons. It should be defaulted to whatever mod is at the top of your list when there are muti-mods on's. So this way you can put up your reps or boosters faster and stay in the action as well.

Yes something that allows instant use of modules would be great, needed for some types like active hardeners. |

This is a good idea dark cloud. Once in a vehicle it deactivates the map and scoreboard and turns it in to hot keys. The only thing it mess up is push to talk, but it be easier to drive with a shoulder button for PTT anyways |

I think that a rework completely of controls would be cool. With the DPAD all for active modules on foot and vehicle. It would be interesting to see more active modules for infantry. Coming in to play much like Crysis and its nanosuit, tap a button to activate an ability for a certain period.
Could then add active infantry modules such as a extra 15% damage output module, or a armor hardener, or a cloak, or an active scan, or a kinetic catalyzer...
I need to make a more complete post on this. |

The map is invaluable while in a vehicle. I agree with your original proposal though. |

I'm guessing you've never lost a tank by falling through the floor then hehe.
As for the topic, I'd like to see them keybound to numbers like modules in eve. It'd be so much easier pressing 1,2,3 and such to activate them instead of the slow and clunky R2 method we have now. |

With current schemes, it would be great if you could assign vehicle modules to the X and Square buttons, as well as tapping R2. Here's my scheme idea:
Wheel-selector controls: R2 (hold) > open wheel-selector [W.S.], no continued hold necessary. Square (with W.S. open) > assign module to the Square button X (with W.S. open) > assign module to the X button R2 (hold with W.S. open) > assign module to R2. R2(tap with W.S. open) > close the wheel-selector.
combat control changes R2 (tap) > activate module assigned to R2 Square > activate module assigned to Square X > Activate module assigned to X
End result: we actually wind up with three quick-use slots for more versatility, while finding a function for unused buttons on vehicles. |

TBH id like to assign booster to the keyboard, that way i can just hit FGH for all hardners for example
Its sucks having to open it 3 times, when the wheel is open why cant we flick to the mod we want and it activates and then flick to another one while the wheel stays open and again that way its quicker |

The best ideas to me on this is the D-pad mod activate and the keyboard key placment for mod activate
