Increase rail "heat up time" seriously its not like rails aint horibbly underpowered compared to other weapon systems or anything, its ment to be a good AV but missiles are as good if not better than tham and have no "heat up" |

The railgun is already broken from last builds heavy handed nerf and the blaster only just got some love, it was crap last build.
Missiles are the issue, plain and simple. They were in the old build too, but now with skills buffing their damage and the new damage mods they're completely ridiculous. |

I have to agree that missiles are the issue. I really don't see rails or blasters as being overpowered.
I think the OP was asking for a buff to blaster turrets though (make them cool down faster so they can shoot more). |

Yup I agree with you if anything the blaster should get a increase in heatup time and the railgun a decrease in heatup time. |

I think they're asking for it to take longer for rails to heat up, and make blasters cooldown more quickly. Both of which are beneficial to them.
Missiles' damage output is definitely the problem, though, which won't be fixed by either of these. |

A true rail gunner knows that if you hold the fire key down, the rail fire continuously. Most rails fire 3 shots or 2 shots if you have damge mods on. They should be able to fire atleast 5 shots or 4 shots depending on the rails.
Edit:
PS: I have killed infantry with my rail madrugars. Cats like Alldin Kan can also do that. Require some level of skill. |
