Would like a Sabatoge mode like that in MAG. Would be fun. Current two modes aren't all that fun after awhile. |

I know what that game mode is an how it how it works, but you really should explain how it works for non-MAG players. |

Its kind of like the old Skirmish but backwards. In Sabotage the attacking team must take control of and hold 2 objectives at once; this unlocks a 3rd objective which must be destroyed. Basically control followed by destroy, while the old Skirmish was destroy (defense relays) followed by control. It was fun, but I found it annoying at times because your group could be doing a great job of taking control and holding your objective, but the other group of your team could be completely incompetent at capturing their objective. Both objectives are needs to unlock the 3rd objective, so even if your group does everything right, it could mean nothing because of the other group's failure.
I think it would work for Dust though if the 3rd objective was unlocked by filling a bar, and that bar fills when the first set of objectives is under the attacker's control. The meter could be configured in such a way that attackers could fill the bar to the minimum requirement before the time runs out by only holding one objective long enough; this way, if one attacking group is failing terribly at getting their objective, the attacking team could still unlock the 3rd objective if the other attacking group held their objective perfectly. |

sounds fun. we need more game types and that seems like a great one.
KZ3 had a pretty fun operations mode that was kind of like that, where for example in one mission you had to plant bombs on a door to gain entry, disable the countermeasures and the you'd finally be able to get to the the objective you needed to destroy/capture. |
