Anyways, I was hoping the forums people could help me a bit, then the in-game jerks. I don't understand how to get better gear, and I am constantly broke. How do I play with my friends, and is there anyway to fix the frame-rate issues.

Yea this isn't a game where you can solo 5 people in a row. Teamwork and staying in groups will do you good in DUST.
