Had a client on with this character that has booster running out of use time.
When I returned from afk, noticed that booster time remaining showed negative, - 1h 30mins or so.
I chose extend, picked 3 day booster, paid AUR, returned to extend view.
I chose the newly bought booster and applying it caused the circle rotating in the center of the screen and finally got disconnected (or I quitted) after waitin 3mins or so.
Later when I try to use this character, game tries to load it with the circle again rotating and the starfield, and planets, scrolling.
Eventually, about after 2mins, I get "disconnected because of internal error" message.
Oh, and besides reporting, I'd like this character fixed ofc. Thank you. =)

Update: now able to connect. Either downtime fixed it, or CCP did their magicks.
edit: looks like the3-day boostger disappeared. Doesn't matter, bought a new one... |

I had a similar issue.
Lost skill booster.
Negative time left on 7 day booster.
Purchased new 7 day booster.
Went to activate it and got disconnected.
Could not get into game with the same character.
Similar error messages when trying to enter game.
Checked back the next evening (after a down time) and no booster present but AUR was missing also. |

I had a similar issue except that I lost my 30-day booster. It sucks. Don't ever extend. Wait for the booster to expire and log-off/log-back in. I've used a few 7-day boosters now and I've found that the only way they disappear is if you log-out/log-in AFTER they expire. Then you just apply the new one in the now empty slot. I've emailed support multiple times and also posted bug reports but no one ever gets back to me.

I have lost my 3-days skill booster :(
This happend to me tonight.
I can't login to the game.
I have to use other character.
I hope to don't lose my 3-days active booster. |
