So I can't use any swarms other than the militia fit because the market bug won't let me buy any. Fine. I can survive. But then I go and use it on a tank ahead of me on the other side of the map, and what do each of my shots do? They leave the launcher do a 90 degree turn to one side, then another 90 towards the target pretty much ensuring that at least half of them hit some obstacle in the way.
So what gives ccp? What happened to missiles actually going forward towards your target, is this fancy s curve on a stationary target really necessary? |

also people state they always track to the back of the dropship even if you are shooting at it from the front... this just makes them 100% fail. it's guaranteed to never catch it because its always going to try and follow it rather than just hit it on a shortest path.
there is many more things that could be done to fix swarms and make them more viable but this is all i've got right now |

Saw that post before. But since the patch from 2 days ago the missiles seem to be even more ******** than before. At least before the latest patch they left the launcher and flew forward before going into their weird seek mode, tonight when I was just testing g it literally every single shot did the exact same s curve either left or right depending on which side of the canyon was closer. (And ofcoofcorse that's the side they'd turn towards first) |

"Smart Swarms" would be the most op thing ever. They should be dumb fire, or lock on but with only minimal guiding system. |
