Yeah just what you just read! tanks are overpowered like never beforee! 
I was just in a match were a tank was owning my team i just stick my head for a peek he blast his missile at me and i was just SENT FLYING LIKE 3 km TO THE REDZONE! !! I just sat there watching my merc fly for like 5 seconds looking at my screen like
So reduce splash damage because they are so powerful that now its just sending people to the other side of the planet!
ps: Don't take this thread seriously Tanks are not OP its probably a glitch and was halarious!  |

Happened to me as well !!!!
It just sent me to stratosphere before landed me into other side of planet minutes later. There, I was so far away I saw all Objective clump up into one spot. |

No they are not. Tough, yes, but only looking OP because no one is engaging them with anything but militia swarms. A Militia swarm will NOT kill a tier 1 tank, let alone a Marauder.
AV guys, gang up like you did in previous builds, and tanks will be quite vulnerable again. |

@ Dewie - The thread author put at the bottom of his post he was kidding. I know there is alot of tank/dropship hating going on due to malfunctioning swarms but not in this thread. |

Just out of curiosity, was it my tank?
I had some guy send me a mail saying that he got launched right back to his spawn point :D
At least people are seeing the funny side and not flat out whining about it. I'd much rather have my railgun back though, missiles are just so un-civilised. |

it happend to once too i was running from a tank shooting at me toward a hill and before i reach the peak of the hill i jumped to get over it but the tank blast below my feet and i got sent flying toward the redzone for like 8 seconds i was laughing my ass my clone was spinning and rotating in the air like crushing dummy lol |

Tanks aren't over powered.
The missile turret are game breaking over powered. They are the only types of turrets you need to use. |

i'm sorry to all those whom have had the unfortunate experience of being in my tanks sights. i don't think there OP its just that they have a lot of sp invested into them. the higher the sp the better they should be.
just as the prototype assault guys are running an dropin everyone like crazy with duvolles, get your gun game up or get in a tank or something that can compete is my advice or maybe join a corp thats got connects or the tank on their side.
when game goes live you will see even more high powered vehicles so get used to it. specially with the isk flood thats gonna happen.

you don't need skill to sit onto of a cliff, and glass everything in sight with a large missile turret.

False, You obviously need loads of skills to sent people flying with a single round (No, there is no luck involved).
First, you need to find proper terrain.
Then you need to find proper prey.
Lure him into proper site.
Shoot him from proper angle.
Hope he jump in proper timing so he's over you blast.
And pray he has proper fun flying.
You also have only one try over him. If you fail you need to repeat them all over again from step #1.

I think it has something to do with collision forcing people out of objectives. I was in those glitchy installations where the hack point is and a missle threw me into orbit. |
