You screw up my accounts and they all get linked together. My scout account now has the same skills as my heavy account, and now I have about 30 proto-sniper rifles that I can't even use. Now I haven't played on my scout account since the first week of the build, but I was just about to spec into prototype sniper rifles. Now I'm not specced at all into sniper rifles, I have my heavy machine gun skill up which I never touched, and vehicle command up which I never touched, as well as many other skills that I never put any ISK/SP into AT ALL.
I have my passive SP now set to both accounts but it won't do me any good because every skill I level up will use SP on both accounts. And I don't want that.
Support is completely useless and have failed multiple times to fix this problem. Here's the email that I got last time I got this.
ME (start of the build but I had hit cap on my main):
"I started an Alternate account to try out the laser rifle, I hated it so I
switched over to my main account to find that I'm still specced into laser rifles.
I had the same skills as the alt that I just wanted to TRY the laser rifle
on and then delete or keep if I liked it.
But the main account I've played on all this time doesn't have the skill
points and is specced into laser rifles just like my alternate account."
Reply from Vargas:
"Hello,
Thanks for your email.
Please note that some skills are allocated upon the character creation depending on the class you select.
Laser Rifle only requires Weaponry Level 3 in order to be used (Tier 1 weapon). due its class your new character already has Weaponry Level 3.

What? That's not even what I asked.
So I just know that if I email them again, they'll say something stupid and totally unrelated to my issue.

Welp, someone from CCP just fixed it for me without even contacting them. It's all normal now. But my main point was CCP, get better support. |

I usually then reply back and point out that is not what i asked, if that does not work ask for another person. (this is experience with eve support so may be different) |

yea, thats what i had to do. just reply back and better clarify the issue. i got a response from another tech/GM. however, you must first understand a large number of derps must be contacting them and they have to reply in the derpiest way first.  |
