People forget who is squad leader. They also often forget that they are squad leader. And sometimes you spawn into a match in progress and don't feel like checking or forget to check to see who is squad leader. There is an easy fix for this. Make whoever in your squad is the leader have a darker green symbol. If you are the leader and don't realize it, as soon as you look at your radar you will know and be able to proceed to place orders. Unless you don't like being leader, in which case you can reassign it to someone else who will immediately know they are leader when they look at their radar.

Easy fix, simple solution. I don't see why this hasn't been done yet.

As I posted in my own thread - Make the chevron yellow to everyone in the squad and make the arrow over the circle on mini map yellow too.

With there being a max squad size of 4 one would thing I'd have a one in four chance of being squad leader when I'm rolling with randoms. I don't seem to get it that often, though.

One time the other day I was squad leader. I put a defend order on myself and two of my three squaddies spent the whole game following me around whilst we killed bitches. Can you imagine? Random greens without mics working as a team! Warms my heart!

there should be an option to check if you want to be squadleader or not, like in MAG (yes i went there) because squad leaders who dont want to do their job are annoying
