It's a tricky debate to which breach weapon is the most nerfed for it's task, I'd say it's a tie between breach ars abd forge guns I think the Breach is just a bad idea for a weapon. Why would you want a low rate of fire weapon with a small hip-fire spread for close range? You'd be far better served by having an SMG to switch to. They should redo the Breach as a medium range weapon, but that would put it in competition with the Tac rifle. I really think this could be helped by weapons with alternate firing modes. Standard AR does full-auto and semi auto as fast as you can pull the trigger, Burst AR does full auto or 4 (not 6-7) round bursts, Breach rifle is eliminated and the Tactical rifle fires full-auto at the rate of the Breach rifle while firing semi-auto with a slight delay between shots so you can't just hammer the trigger. How about that? Everyone used the Breach as a precision weapon in the E3 build anyway, so why not respect the current rifles to match what they're used for?

The breach used to have more damage per clip but less damage per second then other ar. i used smg instead of ar that build so I don't remember the stats. The breach smg had 72 instead of regular smg 80 rounds, so if ar was the same ratio 54 rounds in clip? If this was restored and it fired the listed rof(it seems to fire slower then it's listed rof) from stats it should be good. The breach smg needs same fix as breach ar, breach forge and mass driver came later and were never nerfed. All the ar need a little more recoil, e3 seemed to have a lot more recoil if I remember right. Being beta I don't think breach nerf was mistake, just a test. Since it is clear it makes breach go form overpowered to under-powered a new test of better breach is in order. Tac should stay semi-auto, but max rof needs lowered a little to prevent modded controller abuse.
