Been thinking about new vehicles that I would like to see in Dust 514, I have three that I think would be good for the game:
Fast Attack ship
A two seated light aircraft with medium armour, player in front seat would control navigation and main gun (Heavy machine gun) and player in second seat would fire missiles.
Main use: supporting ground troops against drop ships.
Quad Bike
A two seated, Light armoured quad bike, player in front seat would control navigation player in second seat would be able to aim and fire assault rifle (Heavy weapon players would have to switch to second weapon)
Main use: fast land travel
Personal carrier
Capable of carrying 6 players four seated with on side turrets, medium armoured.
Main use: supporting ground troops from infantry and troop transportation.
Any one else got any vehicles ideas?

I will say i do like the bike idea as we could use it to get to an objective fast or pick up someone under fire. As for everything else we already have or will have them. Your fast attack ships are jets coming next year and your personal carrier is dropships.
Other stuff we are getting is gunships MTACS and more but that is all next year. |

Gunships sound intresting, Dropships are ok but i would rather have a personal carrier on the ground (not much of a flyer) |

i want a hard core defensive ground troop tansport that i can drive around and dump off troops with, and just give it one or two slots for light turrets and mass defenses |

My Idaes For Vehicles
hover bikes:
2 man carrier bike that has the first person driving and can man a super-light weapon mounted on the front (apart of my MTAC thread), and the person on the back gets to fire their weapons. The person on the back has a 180 degree view.
MTAC:
Gunship:
The MTAC, but it flies, but only has assault and normal. the assault has more ammo and faster, but has less armor.
APC:
Picture the Amtrac from BF3, but put it in Dust.
Dropship:
It puts this into the game. |

I'd definitely say some kind of APC and the Gunship at least (though the dropship seems to be doing a good job of that currently) But before any vehicles are added, I think the vehicle CONTROLS need fixed. Left stick should control speed, right stick should control steering, or make X accelerate and Square Reverse. It's hard to steer with the same controls your using to control speed. |

or they could "borrow" and work off of battlefield's and starhawk's? |
