I have been using Militia Sniper and making head shots like Lee Harvey Oswald. Almost every time I make a successful kill, immediately afterwards I cant do any sort of damages against any other infantry, and trust me, they are on the dot. All I get is a glow around the area I just shot and nothing else. I am fairly sure that it is not lag or something like that.
Also have some issues with the sensitivity controls, but I am wondering if a Mouse and keyboard would solve that.
Otherwise, I love the game. |

Often I get the same. Usually with people in hills. Its a known problem (I believe) that CCP are 'working on'.
Very annoying though, especially when their first shot in return hits and usually, in a scout suit, kills... |

Yeah, this is in their weekly bug report in the sticky at the top of this forum. And yes, quite annoying. |

Super Annoying, when you shoot Youngcuz 4 times in a row with a tac sniper and 5 times with a scrambler and he survives. In other news, the match previous was laggy as heck, and badly glitchy, but i was still 13/2 |

I hope they fix it soon.
If possible I go for groin shots, seem to have a better chance of scoring a hit when it happens. |

strange he got sniped plenty in our last match try again I'm sure he'll appreciate your attention  |

This is quite annoying for sure. Get one shot in and unload half your 27 rounds get another shot in and your done. Yup, quite annoying! |

It happens with a lot of different weapons at random times. I've had times where only one of my forge gun hits, out of five, did damage. Just today, I was dead on target with an AR and the first half of my shots registered hits and did nothing. Had the one in five thing happen to me with sniper rifles today too. |
