May be a silly question but still....If you record a vid an upload it privately so only you can view it when you're not home is that a breach?? |

I think the question here is: Why would you need to do that?
Nothing's stopping you from making videos. Uploading them anywhere however is pretty iffy. Though, if you think your video/screenshot/whatever is badass you can send it to [email protected] and ccp might actually use it for stuff!
If you have something that you think would be really really good to release, you can also request a CCP rubber stamp to post it in public.
But to answer your question, you probably shouldn't do that. |

Reason I would do it if I were allowed to is because I work the graveyard shift sometimes...and I have a lot of nothing to do. So, sometimes I look at my vids to see what I have done in a match and what needs improvement.
But I dig it....I won't do it. I just wanted to know if I could or not |

the answer is no. if you read the NDA it will mention that STORING material is also a breach. so technically its against the NDA though it would be a hard thing to uncover. if you are found out though wave good bye to dust 514 because they also mentioned that if after the NDA is lifted they find footage from before, they will also treat that as a breach |
