I agree with some here and disagree, including the OP partially. I'm getting tired of seeing " but this is beta " , this has been the mindset since they first open the doors to Dust. t has been long enough to adress and fix some of the issues that have been around since beginning , yet they are still there. There have been many great suggestions , and we get a " maybe SOON(TM)" soon soon soon soon soon.. I've played eve for a long time, ccp and their SOON is pretty much a maybe one day, wishful thinking.. hope we can give it to you about 70% of time. I like the game , it has alot of potential and it is getting better. But alot of the stuff thats going to make this game big is just not here, and we are not really sure if it will ever be here. This beta has been going on for a while now for alot of us, and Dust has been on the burner cooking up according to devs since atleast 2009. When will we see these uber great game modes, maps and vehicles/suits.. or is it all pipe dreams and just not possible for them yet? |

It kinda sucks but "Beta" and "Soon" really are the best answers they can give us. There's probably a lot of stuff they'd like to already have in the game but as we have seen, every time there's a new build there's new bugs popping up that need to be fixed on top of all the work they already have to do. That, and I remember reading a few years ago about how much of a pain in the kitten it is to develop games on the PS3. |
