ps3 corrupted data message when i start eve, about when ccp logo shows.. says 80029209
I also get the ps3 pop up one more time right when i show in merc quarters. I just hit O to back out and game works otherwise.
This bug showed up when adjusting the music, SFX and dialog down to about 10. The saving settings popup in right bottom corner was blinking rapidly and the game just got glitchy. Suddenly i got the dust pop up that pops up at start of game about a vital character reset bla bla bla and just press X to continue.
Now the dust514 game never saves my option settings.... I always get those noob overview help windows... even if i press square to "never show again"
good luck fixing it haha need to delete and reinstall dust514 to fix this on my side.

ok so i reinstalled the game and still having the same problems any CCP member can shed some light on this problem??

If I may. This is a corruption of the games save data not the game itself.
You can fix it by deleting the saved file for dust on your ps3. When you restart dust you'll have to reset all your preferences and such.
You can also do a file restore from safe mode, but this is easier. |

Ya so just delete the save file on the ps3. Under game save data or something like that. Its a 3.5mb file in my case. Deleted and it fixed the issue. Doesnt delete your fits or anything real important. |
