DUST Search - Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for a GOOD clan. One that is considered skilled/selective. Not a big clan that accepts everyone. (please don't take any offense, it's just been my experience that huge open clans are no more than a bunch of randoms all under one shared clan tag)
This doesn't necessarily mean that I want to be part of some "uber leet" clan either. I like playing and BSing with my buddies, so an elite clan, with 20 members, but only 2 or 3 on at any given time, doesn't interest me either. I guess looking for a mid size clan, that is somewhat selective.

Any suggestions?

We're planning to stay fairly small-medium sized instead of having hundreds of members. I was in a huge corp like that before I joined Black Tyr, so I know what you mean.
