For the attention of the honourable soldiers of New Eden,
The Caldari PMC "Omega Protection Service" (A wholly owned subsidiary of the Caldari navy) is seeking the bravest, most determined and most disciplined soldiers in the Galaxy. The long term goal of the corporation is to become the premier Caldari based plansetside security firm when it starts up in the next few months. Keep in mind that as this a Caldari corp we will operate under a strict meritocracy. Promotions are awarded to those who have shown they have the skills for them, not to some under-qualified drone who knows the right people. Commitment to the cause and professionalism are also similarly rewarded.
There are no Skill point requirements, however, applicants must be able to do all of the following:
Soldiers should,
- Be able to take orders.
- Have the self discipline to stick to the mission objective.
- Be willing to use whatever dropsuit the situation requires.
- Use whatever vehicle is needed to secure victory.
- Be willing to throw their lives away at the whim of their commanding officer.
Officers should,
- Not be afraid to spend their men, but never waste them
- Be able to coordinate with one another to maintain maximum situational awareness.
- Understand that the mission comes before achiving personal glory (Custer syndrome)
- Be willing to expend their own personal assets to secure our success.
- Lead their men and fight with dignity and honour (Unless directed otherwise)
Soldiers of any nationality are welcome. However Gallente loyalists need not apply for obvious reasons.
We will reward those who serve us well. Our prosperity is your prosperity.

The reputation and honour of the corp is dependent on the conduct of our employees. Therefore, any reports of Griefing, exploiting or boosting by our members will be treated most harshly.

Hi,
I'm a mature gamer looking for a corp that is UK based. I'm an average shooter, but a decent Support/Medic. I would be interested in joining your Corp. As my current Corp is all US based and I haven't been able to join in as much as I would like. I'm on most nights from 8pm weekdays.

I may have missed it, but where are you based? I live in the eastern US time zone. I am primarily an eve player fighting for the state in faction war but wouldn't mind fighting on the ground some as well. |

Well we are primarily in the UK timezone but I believe that some of our members may be Americans. Given the marginal difference between the East coast and the EU I have no problem with you joining. In addition a man of your experience would prove invaluable to us in squad command.
To everyone else, both individuals and rival firms, I urge you to join our ranks. Together, as a team, as a megacorp, we can become as powerful as any KLK or CBD, any SVER or EVE Uni, and take this Galaxy...for the State! |

The more observant amongst you will have noticed that this corp was formally known as 'Omega protection service'. This renaming is due to the fact that our EVE online leadership has decided that we will not be a separate, deniable asset but a division of the corp as a whole. |

It has been pointed out by the ISF economic warfare department that the current situation among cloned soldiers plays directly into the hands of capsuleers. With so many small firms competing for so few contracts (especially those supported and run by capsuleers), we will be undercutting each other to point of being almost paid nothing while the pod pilots reap the rewards of our cheap labour. Therefore, to increase our collective strength in face of this threat I urge small firms to merge together.
In addition to this, the first three directors to merge their forces with ISF marines will have the cost of creating the corporation refunded. While this will not include any ownership stake, you will have a director role in the corp. Now many of you will be asking "But Alixenus, ISF is overseen by capsuleers, is this not an elaborate ploy?" To you I answer that it is not the ISF way to give a crutch to they who can walk on their own. This corp is expected to survive on its own without interference from above. If it does not, then the marine corps will disappear into ISF, as will I, while it's replacement appears not long after. It is the Caldari way.
Lastly, to Maximus Quantum. You have until the end of July to return with your squad or you will be branded to desters of the Caldari State and scourged from the Galaxy! |
