Is the burst 4 or 5 shots right now? Would reducing that to 3 really matter? |

Yes. 3>5. My gun doesn't eat the ammo I shoot with the 3 burst and it also provides me the ability to have a QUICK shot not half a second of shooting the target and 2 seconds of shooting a wall. |

The Brust rifle is pointless in 1v1 fight. 7 shots is just too long of a burst to predict where the enemy is moving. Furthermore, the 7 shot just eats ammo and wastes precious bullets.
Please CCP, reduce the 7 shot to a 3 shot, and make this weapon more effective. I am tried of using AR, when I should be using a BR.
Anyways, CCP you just test it out at least |

People that think it's fine seriously GTFO and quit blowing smoke. You really don't know what your talking about. a 7 round burst rifle is ludicrous and makes no sense what so ever. If CCP wanted to stop strafing and slow the game play down they would have made the burst rifle a 3 round burst. Everybody that play games competitively knows that a 3 round burst rifle is the best rifle is you are focusing on map control and dictating the pace of game.
^^ that's called using tactics not the honey boo boo camp a corner you guys call tactics.

7 is fine, it is enough to drop a major chunk of shields on a stationary target with one trigger pull, then you can move to another spot and drop them again. Limited fire rate weapons are best at medium range, get into optimal range and you will wreck people. |

I think he was saying that the pistols don't need a buff,nor nerf,and that they are fine the way they are.
I wish people would stop crying about buff this,nerf that and wait until the game actually runs properly to make a better judgement.As it is now,the lag is so bad,I don't know how anyone can make a totally informed decision about any of the weapons.Once CCP get's us onto a better more stable server that isn't lagging with every five steps I take,or freezes for half a second every time I aim down sight to shoot someone in the face,the testing of this beta is at the point of irrelevance. |
