I have been playing DUST for awhile now but only had the chance to play the current build a few times. I logged in on Tuesday and it occured to me that I havent been gaining any passive ISK. I asked a couple guys in my Corp if it had been removed and one guy told me there nevet was passive ISK earning. Im almost positive that there was. Am I taking crazy pills or do I need to contact support. |

Jesus passive ISK gain would tank the EVE economy if Dust was going to be a huge ISK faucet rather than the massive ISK sink it's designed to be. |

Understood. I can appreciate this, though I've never played EVE. The payouts were so much higher last build, it never even occured to me to think about it. |

Thanx for the link wolf. That was good stuff. It will be interesting to see if DUST has the intended impact on the EVE economy. One thing is certain: CCP certainly has a dedicated vision for what they hope to acheive with DUST. The fact that it serves a purpose other than another FPS title lends to the credibility that the game will eventually be as great as we all hope. |

There have been "events" that just by being logged on during an event weekend, CCP gifted ISK and SP for participation. There have been none so far this build. This is probably why you though some passive ISK was gained. |

Well the funny thing is about 2 days after that was posted, on sunday i think it was CCP_Nuthin did a presentation at EVE Vegas saying pretty much exactly that so it seems to be the plan for what CCP want to achieve. |

anything can happen. for all anyone knows the EVE community can completely reject the idea and boycott anything that has to do with dust. |

I wouldn't be surprised to see that actually considering the general feelings about Dust by the EVE community. |

In a way I can see where they are coming from. EVE players are who made New Eden what it is today. However, any concept, whether it be automobile design, a way of doing business or a video game, must be open to a measure of change in order to stay relevant/competetive. DUST not only provides EVE players with additional depth of gameplay. It may also provide the solution to whar sounds like a growing problem. |

Are they increasing payouts for instant battles? |
