Great job on the LAVs, they are much better to drive now, the tires are not so slippery now
Anything we could improve on the LAVs? There is much pontential, personally I would like to see a shield that protects the gunner, but only infront of him and not his back, otherwise it would be slightly OP.

steering = right stick, throttle = left stick. also, make LAV's cost ISK like everything else. Even the basic ones. I am tired of people spawning an LAV, and going on a kill streak, wiping out hundreds of thousands of ISK worth of dropsuits with one free LAV and a militia dropsuit.
The term "not fair" comes to mind. only, less whiney, more angry. :P
edit: Also, if you made people pay a few hundred thousand ISK for an LAV, it might make them play a bit more strategically, and use the thing as fast transport, instead of a redneck 4-wheeled hunting rifle. |

It's like dropsuits- if you're good with a starter fit, great; but if you actually pay for something, you'll be even better.
LAVs shouldn't cost hundreds of thousands of ISK because it only takes 1 forge gun shot, 2 swarms, or any heavy non-blaster turret, and they're done for. They aren't as mobile as dropships or tough as tanks. |
