But seriously it's more an act of respect to keep to an NDA in my humblest of opinions. Not a legal obligation, though it really is, you should respect the company for giving you a chance and keep to the NDA.
Clearly the person doesn't want to do either, with an attitude like this.

this is why i get irritated by nda breakers.
Im currently planning a series of high detail tutorial videos with explanations from some of the best players in my corp talking about their specialisation and how the viewer can also get good.
i would really like to get these videos made, but i wait because i respect the NDA because i respect CCP and don't want to risk loosing my access.
if people like me him to blatantly disregard the NDA and post whatever they want without getting punished, how is that fair on content makers like myself who patiently wait? |

Apple owns (in terms of new sales) the smartphone market outright, and are currently pursuing perhaps one of the most brilliant chain of anti competition legal actions of our generation, but this is nothing new. Google 'patent wars' for a brief history on the blatant abuse of process.
Breaking the NDA essentialy hands CCP's competition ideas and concepts to knock off, but even if you don't care they do. I know of a group of people peranently barred from any further participation for breaching the NDA.
Also a question: since CCP is developing dust from Shanghai, do they have to hand the source over to the Chinese gov like other businesses do? |

The point here is that the guy just doesn't care. He doesn't care if his actions which are breaking the NDA are hurting CCP as a business as potential players get put off by a buggy looking beta. I have already seen comments on YouTube from people saying they will never play this game just by looking at a half baked YouTube clip of a game that is still in development. And as one of you pointed out, this breach also enables competitors to create and release knock off games just in time to undermine the success of DUST at launch. |
