I posted a thread a while ago pretty much right after codex launch, still no response or an update if or when it's going to be fixed.
1. mouse sensitivity slider does nothing.
2. right now the turn speed is extreme making it easy to turn but hard to aim even in close combat.
- and for regular mouse users we have no option to change our sensitivity seeing as the slider is completely broken.
other info:
-The PS3 Mouse pointer speed option does nothing for mouse sensitivity in game. Don't bother.
Side note:
- In my preference / view the turn speed should not be REALLY fast where you can do 360's with any gun but be fast enough so if someone jumps/runs directly past you on your sides you should be able to turn and follow them. also we need to be able to aim accurately..
- In the current state of the mouse sensitvity (with Codex) the sensitivty is rediculous.. if you read my other post with all the replys you will see It's not just me. Right now a good portion of players can't Even play properly..

I cannot adjust my mouse sensitivity, either. That, along with the frame rate chops, make this game nearly unplayable. Mouse is so sensitive that when the frame rate chops, my dude is spun about almost 180 degrees and the person I was shooting at is now behind me. And then I'm dead. I'll never spend AUR on items when I lose so many dropsuits this way. |

Exactly. It's really bad for me because I'm a mass driver guy and I've blown myself up numerous times because my framerate got choppy, my aim went way off and I shot the box/wall right next to me.
However, CCP says they're working on both these problems. I'm trying to be patient but it's enough to make me rage quit. |
