Hello,
I purchased the new ps3 bundle that came with a dust code. I already had access to the beta. I downloaded and installed the game using my old download. I then redeemed the code. The code prompted a new download which I did not do as I already had the game installed.
Upon running the game, none of my mercs have AUR or the items. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling, but still no AUR. The code is shown in my transaction history and I am not able to re-enter it.
I emailed support and received a less than help reply.
Any ideas? |

Are you sure the prompted download were the entire game, and not just a little 100kb "license" file?
Go to the PSN store and check the downloads panel and re download it if that is the case. |

The only downloads in my list is 2.3 gb for dust. It shows the "exclusive bundle" in my services list. But I can't do anything with it |

Emailing support was the first step i took. They pasted the instructions off the card "redeem code, download, etc" and they directed me to the support forums. Replies to that email have yet to receive a response. |

I don't believe I've seen anyone with the Guristas Saga LAV and you are not the first person to say that the code does nothing. Is it listed as "Future Content" anywhere? Is there a date range or something that would suggest you will receive these items at a later time?
I do not own this as I am not about to purchase a whole new console just for the LAV, but you should reread over it including all the fine print to be sure. |

Contacted support. they said its a known issue and they are looking into it as of 10/13.
