While an ally completes a hack, engages & damages an enemy soldier, or an enemy soldier engages & damages an ally can we get an aggression indicator w/ a 15 or 30 second cool down?
- It'd look kind of like a rally or defend with the only benefit being that we can see who's engaging the enemy.
- Could be used to help calculate SP gain (adjust the time on battlefield w/ the percentage of time spent actually engaging the enemy).
Also, can we set vehicle repairs so that they only grant war points when the repairs are completed while an active aggression indicator is on the vehicle?
- It'd look kind of like collision damage to a vehicle wouldn't grant war points because you would need to attack an enemy or be attacked by an enemy in order to get warpoints for repairing the vehicle.
- Bad driver trying to run someone over would be able to kill the enemy, then hop out to rep within his aggression timer to get and rep for WP, but wouldn't be farm-able without cooperation from both sides of the battlefield, as you would need to be able to attack & hit an enemy or be attacked and hit by an enemy.

I"m also thinking of using different colors for different types of aggression:
- Green for hacking.
- Orange for attacking.
- Red for being attacked.

This could be a very nice 2 in 1 package. Battlefield intel will tell you where the fight is happening even if you don't see red dots, and the mechanic can help reduce a good number of farming methods. Brilliant. |

I fear it would overload the game HUB. In my taste, it's already quite full of information. So the notice when there's ennemy\teammate agression doesnt appeal to me.
Regarding hacking and such, we already have a notice but there i agree it could be more clear or last a bit longer. In fact, there's especially a problem regarding secondary objectives. Yes we have a notice, but we dont have a specific enough one to actually know wich one of the 3 supply depot is actually being hacked. That's quite annoying as those secondary installations are more than essantial in dominating a fight.
Regarding farming, this agression timer could be somehow "ghosted" in order to prevent any abuse but would need to be longer than 30 sec imo. In a real fight, it seems only fair that a damaged vehicle gets time to retreat and be repped peacefully. But this, AND an anti-WP earning system in Red Zone would make a perfect combination.
So overall, a good suggestion. |

So overall, a good suggestion. We could have the Aggression notification "ghost" for most players & only show up for squad leaders/commanders/etc.. so that leadership had a more active view of the battle. I imagine they'd appreciate the added info. |
