What i am saying is that when u run a promotion three days is not enough. Its a slap in the face because i bought one merc back to get in and since then have bought a few more to support CCP. In any free MMO rpg/ or FPS when they do promotions they last longer then three days that was not near enough time they should have started it way earlier. that was my point and it is a valid one. You can say that they wanted to get sells up before the new patch but it does not change the fact that it was way too short. I for one will not support a company that would do that i am simply trying to ask next don't do that period |

Am I getting this right? You bought a merc pack sometime earlier and wanted to buy another one to get the suits, but you were too late? Or did you buy a second one during the promotion and failed to get the suits? The latter should be easily fixed by support, just like they stated. (To be clear: you HAVE to have bought it during the promotion to get the suits. If you didn't log in after you bought the merc pack, you can eMail support to get the suit. If you bought anytime outside of the promotional timeframe, you will not get them)
In any case, at least the Valor suit is currently on the market for 12800AUR. I assume the others will be made available at a later date (probably the next week and the week after next).
Yes, the promotion was kind short, but the goal was to promote as many merc pack sales before the launch of the new release as possible, so it had to be limited. |
