how i can switch my skillpoints booster ffrom passiv back to active ?

There currently are no passive boosters. Or do you mean you want to earn active SP with a character that gets passive SP? This should be possible without a problem, you can get both at the same time. If you want the character to get only active SP, assign the passive SP gain to another character. |

This doesnt belong in this forum, but non the less you are confused. One character per account gets to be assigned passive sp allowing for that character to gain sp while your offline and not playing, no matter what character you have passive sp set on you will always be able to gain sp by playing a match. |
