Singularity is just a latency disaster. Can SiSi handle the server load? If not please put a pop cap on the server to make testing a little more bearable. I'd rather sit in queue for 20 minutes than deal with an overloaded server that can't handle itself. |

I'm not sure Buckingham can handle the kind of load we're generating right now, which is why we're on Sisi, which is designed for EVE mass tests. Also, Singularity only acts as a backend for the existing three battle servers in US, EU, and Asia. |

SISI is the next best server against TQ which is why we're on SISI and it's been closed to EVE players and they have been moved to Buckingham. |

Our population is smaller, so Buckingham works for us just fine. The game doesn't segregate us by nation, so it figures latency and tries to connect everyone to the battle server that will have the least lag. Of course, the lag will be there because of connection distances, but that will become less of an issue once they start setting up more servers in other countries, which they had mentioned as being part of their plan a year or two back. |

Buckingham is brand new and temporary.. it was just to move eve testers off singularity. and to answer you question.. singularity blows hard, they need it on tranquility.. they already have the code setup, why not just migrate.. |

We was meant to move to TQ for this build, theres obviously a serious reason why they didnt do it. |
