Why do we get kills for these instead of kill assists?
It's the equivilent of saying "Shoot in this general direction" at someone who's in space. It seems kind of like the definition of a kill assist. We're assisting the targeting computer for the strike, then someone else is pulling the trigger & trying to kill stuff. |

Precision Strikes shouldn't be the new pre-nerf swarm launcher, HMG or remote mine.
With someone else pulling the trigger you should get kill assists for helping locate targets rather than kills for throwing a signal link to a ship in the general direction of everything you hope dies while someone else pulls the trigger & tries to kill it for you. |

High sec is confirmed to be coming. They even talked about how highsec will have a matchmaking system based on total skill points, and about how in high sec contracts will be from NPCs instead of real players. |

High Sec is confirmed and will be more or less like our current "instant battle" system. Low Sec is confirmed and is planned to be FW focused (FF is likely to be off in low but the decision hasn't been finalized yet} Null Sec is planned but won't be enabled at launch and FF will be off in Null. |

Its a very good point, i'd like to see the WP from the OB kills spread among the squad too, the Squad puts the WP's into the strike, the squad should get something for it. Not just the squad leader. |
