As long as you aim at the target, have ammo and have the trigger pulled, yeah, it does damage over time. But then again, all weapons do. |

Sadly it doesn't have much damage at all 
Its basically a easy to fit militia smg. When you are starting out its really good thanks to low fittings and skill requirements, but you will find much better personal weapons quickly if that is what you are skilling in. |

No, it's identical to the Standard SMG but is unlimited use like the militia SMG |

I used this from the start of patch right up to the wipe.
It has more than enough damage if used properly. I took out more than a few proto guys with this and the Dragonfly.

Considering that the SMG skill will give it an initial boost of twenty-five percent alone means that SMG has more then enough damage. When you combine the twenty-five percent with the weapons skill for another additional fifteen percent ontop of the twenty-five for a combined forty percent from base increase in damage and the fact that it is a BPO is downright dangerous. |
