Ok first of all thank you CCP for the patchnotes a lot of good stuff but few things got my attention and I was like "What?!":
1. HMG: faster time to overheat !!
Why did you do that CCP this build you got the overheating rate perfectly no one was complaining about it any more, everyne agreed that the heavy needs more fire power means a buff to the HMG damage plus you increased the fire rate isn't that like doubling the speed of overheating!
unless am missing something this HMG will be by far the worst, i know its early to complain and we need to try it first buy i have been experimenting with HMG since build one and the above makes me worry so if anyone can explain to me how the above is a good thing to the HMG please do cause am confused.
2. No improvements to the scoreboard system ?!
come on CCP i think this is the most asked feature in the community, its not fair for the logistics and pilots merc ignoring there efforts and acknowledging only the KDR merc.
3. I got a message form a webmaster from CCP talking about character reset and wipe it made me confused:
"Greetings everyone. This email is being sent out to let you know that with the new build that is coming on monday there will be a character reset on the servers. With this reset we will also be doing a character wipe, this allows us to deploy some code changes that affect the way the scores are tabulated, so we could not deploy them before as it could cause data issues. We will be attempting to send final score data to people with Characters entered, but I can not say definatively this will happen. If you wish to copy down your scores please do so. The Character wipe for this site will occur monday morning after DT, and only if the wipe goes thru, I can not give an exact time for this, it will most likely occur between 1100 and 1600 New Eden Time.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for using the site, and hope that it has and continues to provide you with some help. Have a great Update, and Thanks again."
English is not my native language, isn't the next reset a normal one like what we had the last two builds? talking about character wipe and score data backup made me think there is a name reset !! please some one clearfy this it to me.
PS: This is not QQ or complaining i just had few issue i needed help with, its to early to judge the build but the HMG part is not looking good at least to me. |
