No, not next build.
We won't hold sov either, unless you take it via your EVE corp. |

yes sov when null sec gets here there will be no difference between a eve corp and dust corp. they can both recruit eve and dust players and both hold and take sov and planets, however dusties will have no way of taking sov in dustie only corps just like eve players wont be able to take planets, control the sov gives bonus to planets warfare controlling planets gives bonus to space warfare |

They can hold planets. If a Corp is composed of EVE and Dust players, the fact that they hold both system sov and planet sov will give bonuses to both of them. The same goes for a group entirely composed of EVE players, in that they have no way to affect planetary sov. |

nope. in null yes but u will probably have to ally with a big eve alliance who has space and get the planets in their sov for urself. dont see any big eve alliance just allowing dust mercs to inhabit planets for free. |

EVE dust players will have increasingly blurred distinctions once we are running our own affairs. High / Low sec merc activity could be entirely contract based, where in null i can see it being based more on maintaining a standing army and nationalizing resources. |

We damn well better be able to hold our own planets.
