A simple question.
I have already purchased the Mercenary Pack in the past and have no need to purchase it again. Yet now you are offering it with a temporary offer of 3 new Dropsuits. The only other noticeable difference offhand appears to be the Aurum amount increased by a factor of 10.
Do I HAVE to purchase the new Mercenary Pack to get these 3 Dropsuits or will I be able to redeem them somehow for already owning the pack?
If I cannot obtain them, why? Some people already have purchased 3 Mercenary Packs to have the Dragonfly and Toxin for all 3 characters. It really would not be fair to exclude previous purchases of the Mercenary Pack from this temporary promotional offer. |

im pretty sure they will get on the marketplace for like 12.000 AUR. At the beginning of this build you could get them for 1.200 AUR but they got taken off later in this build. |

Still doesn't make it fair.
Not only did we give them money earlier, but then we have to use the Aurum from our Mercenary Pack to pay for what other purchasers of the pack will get for free. |

One other difference I found was this "item": In-battle Items (Total Value $15 / Gé¼13.50 / -ú10.50 )
I don't think that was in the original deal either. |

I don't think that was in the original deal either.
It's "In-battle Items (Total Value $15 / Gé¼13.50 / -ú10.50 )", not just one "item".
It's the combined total of the items that follow it.
The entire pack is valued at $50. $20 + $15 + $15 = $50. |

The only parts of the merc pack you will get less use out of buying it a second time are the dragonfly and toxin items, although if you plan on playing an alt then perhaps you will still get equal use out of them. Otherwise, you're getting AUR, a skill booster, and a bunch of expendable items as well as the new dropsuits. All of those will have value to you. None of those things are redundant.
So yeah, we're expected to buy it again if we want the new suits, because everything else in the pack is still going to be an asset to us.

you do appear to need to buy the new pack during the listed time to get the new content. That said CCP has been misleading and unclear in their posts like this before so having bought the merc pack before I'm going to try logging in and seeing if it just gives me a redeem option before I put more cash down. |

I would have preferred vile rat tribute suits over mag tribute suits. I mean it seems more fitting to have a tribute suit for a real person over a stupid game that no one plays anymore. |
