if CCP ever fixes the lag and hit detection i would love things like leaning over barricades and around walls, sliding diving and rolling would provide more option for players to move around the field and if properly balance would become new ways to position yourself rather than dodging bullets. the game needs to feel like im slog though dirt and grit make the screen and gun virbate and sway realisticly when walking and running.
if CCP ever works out hard issue like hit detection lag and framerate i would want them to start working on these, i would think it would need to be brought in early to be tested and not get that last minute feel to it. |

I agree.
Could have sworn you already had like 2 threads dedicated to more movement options already though. |

*cough* um not with leaning and draw conclusion to the fact the dev should start working on it after they fix server issue. and ive bumped the other related threads. so this would be a crowning moment for me if i could get the devs to atleast get it in the weekly discussion so... onwards |

Leaning sounds like a good addition and would make cover a more viable than it is now after all in current build who needs cover when you can dodge bullets, also i think a new version of snap cover could be used to enhance this it would in corperate this leaning mechanic to peak over and around then lean the rest of the way to get into a firing position,
The sliding and stuff like that to get into the cover sharpish i think this sort of thing along with movement improvements that have been discussed on quite a few forums would improve the feel of the game.
Sorry if that was a tad off topic but i think that would make a valid addition to the leaning |
