so, i bought a 7 day booster. didn't play for like 4 days. i come back, Augmentations state that i had 23 hours left remaining on my booster (last night). i'm not receiving any of the booster points though. although i have my booster activated..
anyone else have a problem with their booster not giving them their points? |

Not had a problem with this ... my 30 day booster ran out, I stopped getting bonuses, I bought another one and it worked fine for me.
On a side note it would be nice to get a notification or email when boosters and UVTs and such like run out. |

Same... I got this bug once. Timer shown last 23h.. but booster dont work. |

okay, yea i sent support an email about it and it appears they removed my booster. last night it showed 23 hours and not even 23 hours later its now missing. i have bought a new one but i wanted to report this bug. this is the response they sent me. i already know exactly how a booster works. i've just never seen this problem before and really thought i had time left on it and wasn't getting rewarded for it.

From our logs, we can see that you activated a SP booster on 17th Sep 03:05 GMT
and it expired on 24th Sep 03:31 GMT.
We are sorry to announce 7 days booster means 7 calendar days, not the days you
played the game.
Thank you for your understanding and as always, please contact us again should
you have any questions.

also to note, they state my bonus ran out Sept 24th 3:31 GMT i am -4 GMT and i played last night, i should have been rewarded my booster points. and did not. they try to confirm the bug i am seeing is correct but by their math and by their game they are wrong and this needs looked in to |
