on my third improvement request considering fittings,
[SUGGESTION] Make client NOT to load suit graphics 1st on fitting
This is a tune-up suggestion (low priority, that is)
As you enter fitting screen, the client loads up the graphical representation of each and every one of your fits you have saved when you move the focus on them.
When you are scrollilng to the bottom, the scrolling itself takes a long time because of the loading which can be annoying.
Give it a three second delay before loading the graphics.
(as an additional note, I've always wondered why loading fittings in battle takes such a long time, they are supposed to be fast as they are probably only simple lists of item id numbers. Perhaps the system is loading the graphics in battle even tho most of them are never used?) |

Try bringing up the fitting menu on the warbarge. It makes loading the fitting selection screen instant when the battle starts. This game should automatically load the fittings in the background when I'm in the warbarge. |

Agreed, been using this trick since the last build.
Also agree with OP, something needs to be done. Maybe not just that sollution, but some kind of optimization for the fittings list both in-game and in the warbarge. Since this will only spare a few seconds in either case, there's no real need to look into it immediately. But it's definately something that annoys me while playing.

Thanks for the tip. Will be using that - unless of course I'm joining an ongoing fight when that can't be done. |

I agree with this suggestion. It annoys the pants off me waiting for each one to load as I go down the list.
It'd be much better if it waited until I was at the loadout I wanted before it tried loading the graphics for it. |
