A few questions. Admittedly, some are stupid but I just want to cover all angles.
- Do you have a microphone/headset?
- Does it work?
- Does it have a mute option you may have missed?
- Is it configured as the input device for PS3 voice chat?
- Did you properly test it after configuring it in the PS3 menus?
- I see you turned on voice chat and disabled PTT. That's good.
- Have you activated voice where you're trying to use it? There should be a little green dot on the channel tab voice is activated on.
- If you're trying to use voice in a non-match channel (user created channel), do you own and have you activated a UVT?
- If you're trying to use it in-battle there are two channels - Squad and Team. Both are voice actionable and do not require a UVT. Make sure you're activated on the one you want.
- Are others on your channel also voice enabled? You should see a small speech bubble icon near each player with voice. White for activated/listening and green for talking.
That's pretty much all you need to check. Post any additional questions here. |

Are you sure you're on the channel they're using? Are they sure they're on the one you're using?
If you want we could do a test later today (that would be in about 8-10 hours for my day) and see if we can get it working. |

We could try at 14:00 GMT (game and forum time). That's in about 9 hours. Would that work? |
